As a Technical Specialist in Nordic Service Delivery, you'll become part of a highly skilled Nordic team delivering managed network and security services to corporate customers across the region. You'll work with modern networking technologies, collaborate with experienced specialists and contribute to services that make a real difference for our customers every day.

You will help design, deploy and improve managed network and security services for corporate customers across the Nordic region. Working with next generation software-defined networking solutions, network security and LAN/WLAN technologies, you'll support customers with reliable, secure and high-performing services.

Your role will combine technical expertise with customer focus, helping ensure that solutions are delivered with quality while continuously improving the services and processes behind them. Together with your colleagues, you'll contribute to building network environments that keep businesses connected, secure and ready for the future.

You'll work alongside experienced Technical Specialists throughout the Nordic region, solving complex challenges together and supporting one another in both customer deliveries and professional development. The team works partly remotely and partly from Telenor offices across the Nordics.

Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACSA/ACSP or ACMA/ACMP, as well as knowledge of ITIL practices, are an advantage.
