Software Developer

What you’ll do:

  • Turn business needs into user-friendly features for the Mitt Telenor app. 

  • Work end-to-end—from design decisions to deployment—in a modern DevOps environment. 

  • Help shape the team’s priorities and contribute to technical decisions. 

  • Build in React Native with TypeScript, with some parts in Kotlin/Java (Android) and Objective-C/Swift (iOS). 

  • Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and product experts. 

  • Contribute to a culture of learning through code reviews, pair programming, and experimentation. 

 

Who you are:

  • You love exploring new solutions and experimenting with better ways of building software. 

  • You write clean, testable, and reliable code. 

  • You’re curious about customer needs and passionate about improving user experiences. 

  • You help and are helped by the other team members to grow and learn through code reviews and other collaborative efforts, e.g. pair programming. 

  • You enjoy autonomy and take ownership of your workday and technical choices.

Wanted qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant education. Experience and skill can compensate for formal education. 

  • 2-7 years of relevant experience. 

  • Genuine interest in programming. 

  • Experience with React or React-Native and/or app development and REST API consumption 

  • If you have private software projects or have contributed to open-source projects, please tell us about them! 

  • Understanding Norwegian is a plus, but not a requirement.
