About the Role: Telenor Norway is seeking a proactive and strategic Head of People Transformation to drive our people agenda and support our ongoing transformation and growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, enhancing employee engagement and thrive, and implementing new ways of working. This position reports to the Chief People Officer and is part of her management team.

Key Responsibilities: As the Head of People Transformation, you will

• Drive and evolve Telenor’s people agenda in line with the company strategy.
• Develop and implement new ways of working focused on agility, collaboration, and digital maturity.
• Design and adapt organizational structures to support business transformation and future needs.
• Build a strong, inclusive culture that fosters employee engagement, belonging, and accountability.
• Enhance performance and people processes, including engagement and culture metrics.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational development, culture, and people strategy.
• Partner across functions to ensure integrated, scalable, and future-oriented solutions

Experience and Qualifications: We seek a transformational leader with a proven track record in complex matrix organizations, ideally within technology or customer-driven companies. You should have broad HR experience, strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, and a relevant higher education background are required. A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to bring new perspectives to Telenor is highly valued.
